Minecraft has been known to be addicting. Minecraft rewards block dexterity in the best ways. When playing Minecraft you have a feeling of living through an inhospitable land. You wind up not just surviving, but doing well and casting works of art. Minecraft possesses an uncommon type of built-in level progression that makes you feel accomplished. The more you mine the more resources you own and the better looking your creations.

The game’s in beta and still is not flawless yet. As of right now, there’s really no which can really kill the fun. And because there aren’t Non-Player Characters it can get very lame and make it clear how barren the Minecraft land is. Your sense of epicness in this grand and never-ending land dies when all the landscape starts to look repetitive.

Gaming within Minecraft servers do, however, cure most of these ailments. Goals are created by other Minecraft online players. Online gamers are a great source of endless content. You’ll now have people to show off your sculptures to, and the surrounding territory would be much more diverse because it’s 100% player created. You can come across unique towns, sculptures, and mazes in your expeditions.

But there are enormous setbacks with locating an online server that’s good for you. You maybe want PVP enabled, you maybe want a more creative world to game in. You maybe need a RP server, you maybe want to live in an anarchy with no laws or you might want civilization. If the rules aren’t tough enough you can wind up with unneeded griefers, murderers, and thieves. If the laws are too tough you might feel a loss of control, the inability to craft where you want, and it’s only fun for those with power.

There are many server websites online however the majority are not good enough, and don’t meet my needs. There’s a lot of voter based spamming, which turns the entire site into a popularity contest with no indication of if a server’s a good fit for YOU. I was looking in a server site recently which used the exact same description for each of their listings so they can reach #1 on search engines quickly by having many low content posts. A lot more of these directories are also biased, giving praise to only those websites who are willing and able to pay and no recognition to all else.

Pick your server with care, make sure it meets all of your wants, or else you’ll be forever doomed to server-hop, over time getting frustrated and forgetting about the awesome opportunities that multiplayer can bring you.

I am sure there are more than a few of you who have a practice or backup nitro RC rig, or even a unit in need of some necessary maintenance which you have been putting off for a while, sitting around collecting dust. Have you ever considered converting it into an electric unit? There are a number of ways to go electric and though the list of components necessary may seem overwhelming, it is really worth it over the long run. Electric RC vehicle components have improved extensively over the past couple years and the speed and versatility they offer rival and in some cases even excel nitro vehicles.

Do not misunderstand me, I am predicting the demise of nitro RC vehicles. Nitro is still very much a viable and important segment of radio controlled racing. Several parts of the country are still totally dominated by nitro powered Rc’s. Advancements have also been made with nitro power plants. Today, nitro engines last longer, produce more power, and are much easier to tune. But despite all of that, there is a growing interest today in electric RC’s and the conversion of nitro vehicle’s over to electric.

One of the better electric conversion kits on the market today is Tekno Rc’s V3 brushless conversion set which work with Losi and a number of other RC vehicle setups. It comes with everything you need minus the electronics, to get you up and running. Unlike a number of other RC electric conversion kits being marketed, which provide you only with motor mounts, leaving you looking for battery trays, and the other necessary minor components, the Tekno RC, V3 brushless is pretty complete in that regard. The kits which provide only motor mounts are not necessarily bad conversion kits, they just require a lot more work on your part to get your RC vehicles’ electric conversion up and running.

Once all of the needed conversion parts are installed, your next step is to select your electronics; batteries, a battery charger and a motor and speed control setup. Like the electronic conversion kits, there are a number of battery and motor and speed control selections available. Your need, vehicle purpose, and pocketbook will dictate what you will select. Yes, some set ups are better than others. My personal choice are MaxAmps battery. They have put together a great streamline package consisting of a 4 cell battery pack, a Hyperion charger, and a LiPo 5250mAh ARTR Kit, for safety. My motor and speed control preference is Castle Creations’ Mamba Monster combo. It puts out impressive power.

Conversion from nitro to electric is becoming more and more accepted these days. Now, there is no longer really any difference between nitro and electric RC units when it comes to power and handling. Most converts have discovered, over time, that electric RC vehicles are less expensive than nitro because the aoperating cost and the maintenance expenses are significantly lower. Only you can decide which is best for you. If you have an unattended RC buggy or truggy sitting around, do a test conversion. I am sure you are going to be surprised about what you discover.

Some of the most beautiful fish in the world, koi are actually very common in outdoor landscaping. Homes with wonderful gardens and outdoor ponds are some of the best looking outdoor eye-candy. Many people, especially garden and pond lovers are perfectly content to maintain a koi pond – despite the high maintenance.

1. There are many conditions to consider before you begin:

o Koi is a very delicate kind of pond fish, therefore, it is likely that you will need a pond constructed perfectly to fit their needs.

o There are absolutely specific guidelines to following when you construct a koi pond of your own.

2. Finding the very best location for your koi pond:

o A koi pond should be designed without direct sunlight as much as possible. Find a good place in the shade for your koi pond before you begin.

o Finding a beautiful place for your koi pond in the shade of trees. Of course, foliage (especially full foliage) can be a real mess, and will certainly require a significant amount of cleaning.

o Some people consider other options for the location of your koi pond.

o However, select place that is most convenient for you. There are many kinds of garden equipment that will seem like they are designed to help you maintain your koi pond.

a) Koi ponds can be partially if not completely covered in shade by a garden bridge.

b) Ivy archways are another great idea for keeping your koi pond in the shade. Not only do they provide shade for your garden pond – but the archways will act as a netting device to help lower the maintenance of falling foliage when it does happen.

c) Other great ideas for keeping your koi pond nice and cool is to include water plants such as water lilies and lotus flowers.

3. Construction: let’s get down to the actual building of the pond.

o Because koi are big fishes compared to almost every other kind of pond fish, they require a larger space. The koi fish in your garden pond can grow to be approximately three feet long.

o A minimum of five feet in depth is absolutely important for your koi fish pond. If the pond is too shallow the fish will not survive.

o In the simplest terms: determine the exact measurements of your koi pond before you begin to build.

4. How to construct the overall design:

o There are a couple of ways to construct the bottom of the pond once you have dug the hole and come up with an overall design. Often, people will want to have certain spaces in which the koi can hide and remain in completely shade.

a) Pond liner

A pond liner is a very typical way to design and create a pond – many people choose to use a pond liner. It will be very important to install your pond liner exactly the way it should be installed. Therefore, be sure to know your space and how the pond liner will fit.

b) Cement landscaping

Cement is useful in landscaping in many different ways. As a matter of fact, I prefer cement to any other method for building a koi pond. But it is very important that you are dedicated to your idea.

c) Pond accessories

Stones and rocks are, in my opinion, the greatest addition you can make to improve your garden pond. Layered stones and rocks are elegant, luxurious and there is a virtually endless amount of designs to choose from. Waterfalls, personalized designs, creations that are symmetrical or asymmetrical, rocks and stones can even provide shade and cool hiding places for your koi. However, that does not mean that the rest of the water can be in the light.

Gardening hobbies such as building and maintaining a koi pond is wonderful work, as a can be the most relaxing of hobbies, and the most and creative ways to relax. It is a great idea for any gardening enthusiast – you’ll feel great especially when you have an elegant, custom built koi pond to enjoy. Hobbies such as maintaining a koi pond can be relaxing for everyone. Watching koi swimming happily around a luxurious koi pond is a wonderful experience.
